Yes, we do have a paper catalog. However, our online gallery showcases a far more extensive furniture selection and is frequently updated. If you would like us to mail you a copy of a particular piece, we are happy to help you.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, checks and cash.

When you quote a price, is tax included?

Appropriate tax is included in your quoted price.

What kind of deposit do you require?

Nojo requires a 1/3 deposit to start the design process.

What is your delivery policy?

Within 30 miles of our Studio, furniture is delivered for free. There will be a 10% charge for all other deliveries.

When can I expect my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your specific order and our schedule. Generally, our delivery times range between 10-20 weeks. At the time you place your order, we will be able to give you an accurate estimate.

How should I care for my Nojo furniture?

For everyday care, we recommend light dusting with a damp, soft cloth. If you wish to polish your pieces, we recommend a non-wax polish.
